The 201 N Main Business Center is excited to introduce a new building façade aimed at inspiring the local business community and enhancing the beauty of Farmville, VA to create a more enjoyable and inspiring environment for clients and partners alike. The proposed style seeks to embody elements of development, growth, beauty, and everyday enjoyment. Currently, the center is awaiting approval from the Town of Farmville for this innovative project.
The envisioned style encapsulates the finest attributes of Downtown Farmville with subtle influences from European Business Centers, and seeks to instill a sense of inspiration and pride within the community.
While 201 N Main building has multiple entrances, the facade project is for the parking lot entrance that’s primarily used by clients of Body & Soul Wellness on Main and occupants of the second and third-floor offices. This entrance will become even more important as plans unfold to establish a community center in the basement. The proposed transformation aims to imbue it with a progressive and attractive appearance, seamlessly integrating with the architecture and tradition of Farmville's Historic Downtown.
