The first business center in Farmville, VA,  201 N. Main Business Center, is overseen by Anastasiia Cifers – a Ukrainian expert in public administration and gender equality holding a Ph.D. The center has an ambitious strategic goal to fortify the local community and assist small businesses in Farmville by establishing a fully functional Business Center.

The Business Center goes beyond being a mere structure with rented offices; it operates as a system and fosters an environment conducive to the thriving of businesses in the community. This is achieved through the provision of various services in related areas.

Currently, the center offers the following services:

  • Office spaces of varying sizes (ranging from 28 SF to 3348 SF, available in regular or luxury tiers).
  • Conference services (providing comfortable spaces for meetings, seminars, workshops, presentations, or official receptions, with possible catering services).
  • Wellness Space ("Body & Soul Wellness on Main" offers facilities for self-care, physical and mental health, beauty salons, a restaurant, yoga classes, and a break room).
  • Promotion on the official website and social networks.
  • Financial Sustainability Support for new tenants (includes a 50% discount on space customization expenses and a year-long installment plan for payments).
  • Financial consulting services from tenant companies.


There are plans to introduce the following services soon:

  • Career Mentorship (starting March 2024)
  • Business Educational Events (starting May 2024)
  • Community Center (scheduled for summer 2024)


In their commitment to corporate social responsibility, the center creates programs to channel efforts towards giving back to the community, participating in philanthropic causes, and generating a positive impact on the local community.
